Even though our roof was only 2 years old, our homeowners insurance skyrocketed when it was time for our policy to renew. We needed to add additional nails and hurricane wraps to the structure of our roof so we could qualify for the hurricane credit and significant discounts. We quickly found out that most roofing companies don't do this sort of work and were referred to two different companies that do. We got the best price with Florida Retrofits. In addition to working with us on price, they got the work done quickly, starting that same week, and showed up on time each day. The work crew was professional, polite and very accommodating. After work was completed, we received photos of the work done to submit to our insurance company as well. This improvement shaved almost $5,000 off of our homeowners policy. Upon request, a fair quote for partial soffit/fascia replacement was promptly provided by Joey. After some consultation with the Shawn, the field manager, a quote for whole-home soffit/faschia replacement followed. I had my choice to go with either partial replacement or whole-home replacement! The thought of new materials and workmanship described by these guys gave me the confidence to go for whole-home replacement of soffit/fascia. I am pleased with the work.

I would love to recommend these folks; they did an excellent job redoing roof on my mother-in-law's storm-damaged studio. However, in the process, their delivery guy tore up a good section of her front lawn and damaged the sprinkler system. When I contacted their office, I was told by someone I presume was their secretary that they would repair the sprinklers. They never got back to me. I messaged the owner several times and received no response. Finally, we hired a local sprinkler repairman who has done work for us in the past. We submitted the bill to the owner along with an explanation. That was a few months ago, and there still has been no response. I have also messaged the owner again regarding the matter, and to date have received no word. As I said, I would love to recommend them, but if this is the way they handle customer service problems, I certainly in good conscience cannot do so.

Can’t say enough good about them. I was skeptical after the hurricane of anyone. Cody and his teams set my mind at ease and quickly, efficiently, and economically delivered TOP NOTCH services. Owner was on site frequently and immediately responsive with any questions or concerns I had. All my neighbors are envious that my roof and soffit is done and looks wonderful. I have nothing but great things to say about Florida Retrofits and everyone working for them. I had a new roof and Hardie Board paneling installed in June 2022. Had quite a bit of bad wood replaced. We just had Hurricane Ian roll through and house had no problems. Could not be more please!
